	Rural Communications (RC) Internet Dedicated products offer high-speed solutions for businesses that need high-performance and full-time dedicated Internet access. This product suite offers a range of options to suit your access needs and support all your mission-critical communications, with features such as being:

		Upgradeable. Allows the customer to increase speed within 24 hours.

		Price Protected. Allows access to the leased line at all times for a single, fixed cost. It is designed for businesses that require a full circuit on a sustained level or for a company that needs to budget a steady monthly cost.

		Diverse. Designed to accommodate those customers whose primary concern is for redundancy. RC will provision two Internet Dedicated circuits to different RC-owned or partner high-speed hubs or within the same hub, if facilities are available.

		Availability. Provides for a 99.5% available up time guarantee.

		Latency. Insures efficient use of applications without unwanted application time-outs. Round Trip transmission of 60 milliseconds or less between RC designated inter-regional transit backbone router.

		Network Notifications. RC will notify customer within 20 minutes of Network Outage and Scheduled Maintenance so that you can plan your business accordingly.

		Packet Delivery. Your Packets of data will be delivered 99% or greater of the time resulting in improved data transmission accuracy.

	Bronze services are provided on an AS IS basis and throughput speeds, access to Web Sites and availability of your Service are not guaranteed. Best Effort will be given to supply the targeted speeds for the purchased grade of service. Share your Internet connection across multiple office computers or create a local network-without extra monthly charges.

*Wireline service includes a static IP address. In the event that your location does not qualify for the highest speed available, you will automatically be downgraded to the next available speed package. Use of routers with multiple computers may decrease throughput speed and networking requires a router and adapters that are sold separately.
